Jan Dix, l'eroe del fumetto è un critico d'arte / Jan Dix, the comic's hero is an Art Critique

C'era il detective dell'incubo (Dylan Dog), quello degli enigmi (Martin Mystere) e quello futuristico (Nathan Never), ma in casa Bonelli mancava l'indagatore dell'arte. Da maggio, però, un nuovo arrivato andrà a colmare il vuoto: si tratta di Jan Dix, critico d'arte olandese, protagonista della nuova miniserie bimastrale in quattordici numeri ideata da Carlo Ambrosini per Sergio Bonelli editore. Il primo albo "Morte di un pittore" si svolgerà in Ungheria seguendo un giovane pittore affascinato da Vermeer. Nel secondo episodio "La stanza dei giaguari" un fantasmatico felino semina morte tra le strade di Amsterdam, mentre nel terzo Jan Dix rimarrà imprigionato in una "Camera delle meraviglie" piena di reperti dell'ingegno umano e legata a un serial killer. Una miniserie che sembra interessante, anche se, dopo la stretta continuity di Volto Nascosto, si torna a episodi quasi del tutto scollegati tra di loro.

There was the nightmare detective (Dylan Dog), the mystery one (Martin Mystere) and the futuristic one (Nathan Never), but in Bonelli publishing house the art investigator was missing. From May, however, a new charather is come to take this place: it's Jan Dix, an art critique from the Netherlands, protagonist of the new bimonthly miniseries of forteen episodes created by Carlo Ambrosini for Sergio Bonelli editore. The first number "Death of a painter" will be set in Hungary feauting a joung painter fascineted by Vermeer. In the second one "The jaguars' room" a ghost feline leaves death in the streets od Amsterdam, while in the third episode Jan Dix will be trapped in a "Wonder's chamber" full of human machines and related with a serial killer. An interesting miniseries, but after the strong continuity of Volto Nascosto, the episodes here are disconnected each other.
